Dustin Holzhausen

Dustin is CEO and Broker for Heritage Properties and Investments. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Dustin Graduated from Purdue University in 1998 before coming out to California in 2002. He worked as a loan officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2002-2005 before becoming the broker of Heritage Properties and Investments in 2006. Dustin has also incorporated his insurance agency into his business to provide his customers with a one stop shop for all of their financial needs. Today, Dustin manages the overall business and focuses on developing and improving processes so that our clients receive top notch service from our firm.

 

Craig Goldstein

Craig Goldstein has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for 11 years. He started out working summers for his brother back in the late 80s auditing mortgage files for compliance reasons. In the late 90s, Craig processed sub-prime loans for Accredited Home Lenders' wholesale division. In the early 2000s, Craig was employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in their processing and underwriting operation center. After a few years in the operation center, Craig was promoted to the sales side where he worked downtown San Diego for a couple years servicing the real estate joint venture of ReMax/Wells Fargo. He was doing very well downtown but knew there was great opportunity in 2004 to transfer to Temecula to be a part of the ReMax/Wells Fargo Team. For 2 straight years, Craig lead the Wells Fargo sales team in total volume. Building solid relationships with Temecula's top Realtors. Today, Craig heads up a very successful property management team for Heritage Properties and Investments. His main focus is on credit repair, mentoring new agents and building new relationships.

 

Jennifer Goldstein

A California native, Jennifer Goldstein started her career in Los Angeles in 1999 in the entertainment industry receiving over 20 awards and working with A-list talent. In 2008 she decided to make the leap into the real estate business. With the knowledge she has gained from her family being in the real estate and mortgage business for over 30 years, she is able to take the passion she has learned from one industry to the other. Coming into this market — a time when much of our market was on its way down — has given her the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the real estate industry REO's, short sales, auctions, standard sales and well versed in property management field giving her a solid foundation for years of good business to come.

 

Angela Smith

Angela is a Southern California native and has a vast knowledge of its colorful communities. Her family has been involved in local real estate development for more then 50 years. Angela has also spent many years as a staging consultant to many major department stores and has an eye for finding "the diamond in the rough", as well as turning the rough into diamonds. Being a part of the talented team at Heritage Properties and Investments has given her the opportunity to grow in the real estate field as well as spend time with her family. She currently lives with her husband and two children in Murrieta, CA where they enjoy soccer, baseball and football.
